Simply, the VERY best!!
“Amita, is by far, one of the best real estate agent's I've worked with. I'm a mortgage broker as well as a real estate investor, so I have a lot of experience in the industry and I stand by what I've said. She's knowledgeable, attentive, personable and she cares...which isn't always a given. She treats you like family from day one and shoots you straight the entire way. She works hard for you, to get the best deal and she keeps you in the loop every step of the way. She's super well connected when it comes to providing contacts for various things along the way to help you get across the finish line with the deal. This won't be my last purchase and it certainly won't be the last time I use her. Thank you SO much, Amita, for everything.”

Highly recommended!
“Amita Shah, of Imagination Realty, helped me every step of the way selling my condo. I live out of state and she was available to handle anything and everything that came up. She spent a good amount of time walking me through the process, answering all of my questions patiently. She advised me, but never pushed. Her guidance was invaluable! When I needed to head back home she finished clearing out some clutter, and made herself available for the cleaners and handyman. She personally was present during the inspection and handled issues with the HOA. When I had a concern or question she responded promptly. On a more personal note, she was fun and positive to work with. She made, what I thought would be a stressful situation a smooth process. I consider myself lucky to have had her as my realtor!”

Amita went above and beyond to help us find our new Florida home.
“Let first start off by saying that my wife and I were moving to Florida from NY. We had a very short timeline to find a home, had no idea how to go about it, and had so many questions. Amita showed us a ton of homes in only a week, took the time to understand our wants and needs, and made this crazy transition super easy. She walked us through all the steps, from how to approach submitting the offer, all the way through closing. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a home in Central Florida. She knows the area extremely well and put us in an area that fits our needs perfectly.”

“From the moment we called Amita, we felt confident that the sale of our home was in good hands. She did her research and suggested a price that was spot on. She kept us informed about every step from advertising to arranging for a remote closing because we were already in our new home. While she explained everything that we needed to know, she was quick to say "Don't worry about... (whatever). That's my job." We're sure that Amita's genuine cordiality made our closing with the buyer's agent and conversations with the buyer's lawyer go very smoothly. We would not hesitate to recommend her services”

She knew what we wanted before we did!
“We live 3,000 miles from Celebration but sensed the city would play a role in next steps for our future. Amita took my phone call, asked some key questions, and then prepped for my first visit two weeks later in May '25. She carefully selected a set of options for us as newcomers that fit within a given budget and portrayed a range of lifestyles that could be had in town. To note, the first listing she presented suited us very well, which speaks loudly of her instincts. She gave a lengthy tour of the city to illustrate its amenities over the two days of house-browsing. To inform me further, she gave me a list other suburbs of Orlando that were worth a drive to assess on my own time before flying home. She understood that we were not ready to buy but were dreaming about future possibilities, so there was no promise of a sale for her ample investment of time into us. Fast forward to the end of 2025, our situation changed dramatically for the better, and the likelihood of buying into Celebration was high. I reached out to Amita and she went to work. My husband came to shop properties for a brief 4 hours in December and she gave him a similar tour of the city and listings. By the end of the month, we put in an offer to buy a home with the same floor plan in the same complex as the very first listing she showed me back in May. The sale closed in two weeks. Amita is efficient, practical, and wise. We felt confident in her approach to issues and the negotiation with the seller. The whole experience was remarkably smooth, despite the fact that most intense period of our purchase happened over the holidays and early January where both parties had travel commitments and the seller lived in the UK! To sum it up, Amita is a pro!”

3rd time’s the charm!!!
“This was my 3rd time using Amita for my real estate needs, and just like the previous 2 times, she did not disappoint. In fact, she's very much like a fine wine that gets better with time! When Amita says she is there for her clients, she truly means it. At every step along the way, whether it was finding the perfect place, to booking in to see it ASAP, to walking me through every detail of the place, to submitting the offer, negotiating the offer, getting me through conditions and crossing me over the finish line, you couldn't ask for a better person to do the job. She is always one step or one move ahead of the rest of the field and in real estate that's generally the difference between winning and losing. I've used her to buy and I've used her to sell, and she plays both side's of the ball with absolute finesse. If you are looking to hire an agent for either or both scenarios, look no further. Thank you, Amita. You truly are ahead of the rest of your field.”
